soundscape-recorder

Audio recording for the soundscape Kotlin Multiplatform library. Captures PCM/WAV plus compressed encodes (AAC, Opus where natively supported) with live RMS level metering. Backed by AudioRecord/MediaRecorder on Android, AVAudioEngine on Apple, TargetDataLine on Desktop, and MediaRecorder on WASM.
