Desktop JVM transcription via whisper.cpp through the whisper-jni binding. Implements the soundscape Transcriber SPI; consumers point it at a GGUF model file. Native libraries for macOS (arm64/x86_64), Linux (x86_64), and Windows (x86_64) are bundled via the whisper-jni transitive dependency.
